More than that, in this crazy rental market where no one will call you back…she DOES! I had to cancel a showing appt. She followed up with me to see if I wanted to reschedule. We are grateful that Christean found us a rental in the area we desired. It’s pet friendly, near my daughter’s school and close commute for work. Recently, our toilet flooded over the weekend and Christean was prompt to take action by sending a plumber out immediately. They cleared the clogged sewer line that had objects flushed by last tenant. The staff is friendly and helpful with questions.

I have been using this company for around 15 years to help manage my rental properties. Sharon and Christean have been so helpful and knowledgeable with the numerous issues that have come up. They even have experience in handling rentals in IRA accounts, most people did not know you can do that but, you can! They help me qualify applicants so I don’t have issues later on. They have assisted me on the couple of occasions where I have had to take tenants to small claims court and we have prevailed in those situations. It is nice to deal with the owner and her staff instead of corporations that do not give you the personal attention when you need help. I highly recommend them

All super sweet, accommodating every time we needed anything or something was wrong she was on it. Was sad to say goodbye when I returned the keys. They are the best management group we have ever worked with. Highly recommend.

Sharon and her staff have gone out of their way to help me as a homeowner, and as an elected HOA director. I have worked with her when I rented my condo out also. I recently moved out of a property managed by A-creative that I occupied for three years. The ladies at A-Creative were always a pleasure to work with and did everything they could to help make us feel like our house was a home. They were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we may have had and treated us like neighbors rather than customers. I loved my time in the house we rented, and a large part of that was due to the team we worked with throughout our stay.

I rented from A-Creative for 3 years and could hardly have been happier. Everyone in the office was incredibly helpful and friendly. If anything needed repairing (which happened a few times each year, as my apt was close to 100 years old) they were on top of it immediately, and performed quality work. When I reported that there were termites in my stairs, a few weeks later, they built me an entirely new staircase in only 2 days! And when I told them that my oven had stopped working, they bought me a brand new one, and when the maintenance man was finished installing it, he even asked where I kept my mop because he had tracked dirt onto my kitchen floor and wanted to clean up after himself (!). They are kind and helpful and take fantastic care of their tenants 🙂
